Heading south down Uganda's main road, we crossed the equator and witnessed a demonstration of the Coriolis Effect (this is a scam as the coriolis effect can't be demonstrated on such a small scale - http://www.ems.psu.edu/~fraser/Bad/BadCoriolis.html - but it was all in good fun.)

Shouldn't the southern hemisphere one be spinning clockwise? They are both spinning counter-clockwise
