@kevrs2 dude you read my mind! I was laughing my ass off.Speed still does KILL people you know.Thats why there are race tracks and drag strips.Radar detectors do not change stupid. Some people think they are race car drivers."hey what the fuck ...I think I will drive a 4000 pound piece of metal at 90 mph and trust my supreme driving skills...after all I have been trained to drive through public traffic at 90 mph even though the other people have no idea they are in the race"

@kevrs2 Sounds like every vehicle pre 1967

Owning, making, selling or advertising a jammer in the UK is a criminal offence - Perverting The Course of Justice. If the police here get any error you get stopped immediately. Your car is searched and you get taken to a police station, you then go to Court and it is an automatic 2year prison sentence AND fine AND your car is crushed. Companies got away with selling because they DIDN'T WORK, so Trading Standards jumped in to prosecute as that is Fraud! JUST SLOW DOWN to avoid tickets/fines.

This 1 alerts you when when its jamming..
-
To avoid a speeding ticket the best way is to slow down..
-
@kayakergod having a scanner/jammer would not constitute a reasonable cause to allow a search, as having one would at the least be a misdemeanor in the most strick states.
-
Your authorities will simply ban this technology, then use technology of their own to detect when someone is using one. Hey, it's happened where I live.
The smart move would be to have an alarm that goes off when the jammer is working. The driver can then slow down, and turn the jammer off, allowing the police to register a normal speed. A car that gives no reading would be very suspicious, and would constitute reason to search it.

@disorganizedorg Thats total bullshit. If I throw a ball across the court room and the ticketing officer is there and asked to estimate the speed the ball traveled. he'd better be able to tell me within 1 mph within the actual speed.
