Here you go: The 4603 was originally part of the 4500-4599 group of A-8 cars that were later rebuilt. As mentioned in the conductor's speech it was built new for Toronto in 1950 and shipped in 1951. It was one of the last PCC's built in North America.

The ex-Cleveland cars were numbered 4625-4699. The 4675-4699 of that group were formerly from Louisville and purchased by Cleleland. All were converted to MU operation by TTC. Kansas City cars were numbered 4750-4779 and did not have standee windows. According to "PCC From Coast To Coast" there appears to be a gap between 4601 (ex-Cincinnati air cars) and 4625 which starts the ex-Cleveland group.
I'll get back to you.

The PCC in this video is Toronto Transit Commission car #4603, which originally was bought used from either Ksnsas City or Cleveland. At one time Toronto has morr PCCs than any other city.

The PCC you refer to was D.C. Transit, Silver Sightseer. The Car was rebuilt by DC Transit, in 1957,and included Floresent Lighting, and Air Conditioning. This Car was destroyed by Vandals in 1970 at National Capitol. There was another Fire in 2004, which destroyed one of their Carbarns, and the Cars inside it, including a Johnstown Pa. Car just recently restored, a few x DC Transit work cars, and 1053, which was the last surviving Pre PCC Car. This was a tragic and terrible loss to the Museum.

What the bloody hell happened? From this video there was a fire that nearly wipped out everything last year? What happened? Is that one PCC ("Silver Liner") that DC Transit that had the greenish tinted windows and experimental air conditioning survive? This is terrible news!
The fire was actaully two or three years ago now. I know they have at least one DC Transit unit left. I don't know if its the one you're talking about. If you go to Wikipedia and look up "National Capitol Trolley Museum" they have a list of what was lost.
