  • this piano piece is actually a little song bye eric satie it's called "gnossienne no. 1" :)

  • Oh quit tearing it down on the technical side of things, he got up and played a classical piano piece to a crowd expecting pop music, obviously he was going to speed it up and be a bit nervous. Maybe he was trying to showcase Satie to a large audience, or whatever. Good for him.

  • Oooh no, he butchered that song. Matt Bellamy would have done a better job. Anyway, I still love you coldplay!

  • @Z12CFG

Did you also enjoy #2 and #3?

The whole passage is amazing as you can hear the transitions through each piece!

    Love me some Satie!

  • a bit too fast but nice

  • Way too fast.

  • he's not even that good at the piano

  • I Love Satie ! (and Colplay as well : )

  • He plays this song wayy to hard :(

  • judging on his posture and expression when he plays he is definitely a pianist turned awesome musician.

  • He makes it sound quite crappy, wrong pauses and everything... The ending is the most horrible thing, because that's were it normally becomes the most intriguing. But I don't expect Coldplay fans to understand this. (I must admit they made some nice pop-songs in the past...)
