Welcome to employment in good ole USA. You have zero rights. Your barely above slavery. If someone fires you then get revenge your own way.

So here is the problem, live in a at will to work state where you can be terminated for no reason at all, and how exactly do I expalin this on an application in the section that says reason?

I suggested to my Boss aftert thinking about it how this could have happend, and asked if he would look into it, he refused to approach the Hilton over this matter and toldmeI had already been terminated before meeting with him, no write up, no warning, no employee manule protocalls were followed apon my behalf, And I never got to explain or defend myselfbefore the terminaton switch was pulled.

I contracted to work through a security company in which part ofmy job was to deliver guest checks, one night the hotel night auditor showed up 3 hours late for work and rushed through the guest checks each onehaving the room numbers hand written on themby him and sealed for the guests protection, I show up to work the following night only to see my supervisor taining someone new for my job, I am told I delivered all the guest checks to the wrong rooms, and was fired.

It is always sad to hear the stories of people being fired, especially so close to Christmas. Every firing may not be illegal, but so many of them are just morally wrong.

i got fired because someone lied that I hit a worker, when I did not.
Lok783, I can't provide you legal advice on a public forum and I certainly don't know enough about your case to advise you. If you feel wronged by all means call your state's State Bar Association LAWYER REFERRAL service to get an attorney. That said, and by way of general advice, even in an at-will state a firing is illegal if it is the result of prohibited discrimination which would be the case if you were treated differently (fired differently) due to illegal considerations like race etc.
