SOA-Thesis: 01 Introduction

This video shows some results of the thesis "Design and Implementation of a Service-oriented Information System Architecture Based on a Case Study". The implementation was done using SAP NetWeaver technology. During the video series different elements of the architecture are presented: service-enablement of the backend, service development in CAF Core, creation of user interfaces in Visual Composer and implementation of the process with CAF Guided Procedures. Many thanks to the ones who have posted all these SOA videos these were really helpful for me to visualize where SOA is taking us. I am a Siebel CRM professional and currently work as a Business Analyst. I keep hearing about Oracle gonna change all their business suite applications and taking the route of SOA. Does anyone know what that means to me as a Siebel professional how I can change my skill set to benefit the most out of the SOA trend
