Sony ICF Pro 80 Radio AM FM SSB LF MF HF VHF.wmv

This is my Sony ICF Pro 80 radio I have owned since the early 90s.
It was working fine and I did actually sell it on ebay a few months ago.
The buyer, who I think was a complete tit sent it back saying it was faulty.
I refunded him, it arrived back with me and low and behold it seems to have suffered either damage in transit or has been fiddled with by the buyer.
Anyway, the audio is quiet and it seems to be slightly off frequency.

Problems with Audio !

@extremwetter Hello. you need to replace all the surface mount electrolyctic capacitors on the audio board. These radios are now quite old and the fluid in the capacitors tends to leak out and hence poor audio.

I am just replacing the capacitors in my Sony ICF Pro 80. They all suffered from this issue - sadly all too common!
