I’ve had 4 surgeries – which I never would have had, had I known about IncoStress.
Instead of surgery use IncoStress - you insert like a tampon & with it you identify which muscles you need to strengthen. By holding it in place, you strengthen your pelvic floor.
IncoStress is available on DryDiapersPlus ca along with a book called "Hold It Sister" which is a great book for explaining the pelvic floor & the exercises to strengthen it.

this is just great dear plz tell where can i buy this book online plz plz
name of the book please dr? i must say man you are awesome. keep it up ..
Why not try a pessery before surgery? And there are lots of surgical options for uterine prolapse beyone a hysterectomy. And if a woman has a prolapse then gets a hysterectomy she is at great risk for still getting further prolapses including rectocele and complete vaginal vaults resulting in more sugery. Keep the uterus and correct the real issue.

Hi How are you,
Thanks for your input, it really is appreciated. I need to write a disclaimer. These algorithms are just meant for preparation for USMLE Board Exams. Practically they may not be universally implemented, but these are the standards of care we are required to know. Thanks again though.
