The NanoCMM is a 3D Coordinate Measuring Machine with a volumetric expanded uncertainty of 25 nm (k=2) in a measuring volume of 50 x 50 x 4 mm.

The 25 nm applies to 3D objects with dimensions of the measuring volume. For the intended small products, the expanded volumetric expanded uncertainty (k = 2) in nanometers is 11 + 0.3×L, with L the measured length in mm.

The NanoCMM was realized by Johan van Seggelen /
J.K. van Seggelen at the Technische Universiteit Eindhoven (TU/e) and calibrated by the Dutch National Metrology Institute (NMi VSL).

More products and technology of OEM companies, suppliers and knowledge institutes that are operating in the Dutch High Tech Systems industry are shown on http://www.dutchhts.nl (keywords: mechatronics, embedded systems, micro- and nanosystems, etc)
