Energy spent for powering buildings accounts for 40% ($320 billion) of the total U.S. energy expenditure. It is estimated that substantial savings of energy can be earned by using existing hardware, energy-efficiency modeling tools and algorithms (such as "Energy Plus") for retrofit of old and the design of new buildings. But much more can be achieved with modern analysis and control tools based on dynamic systems and control theory methodology, when these are used to optimize the performance of the building system. UCSB highlights the research, commercial, and government laboratory perspectives on the problem of energy-efficient retrofit and design of building systems. [10/2008] [Science] [Show ID: 14827]
@infowwarsdotcom456 Lol. What was your highers form of education? Because I am 17 and can explain on moleculair level how CO2 does cause the greenhouse effect, which is benificial, and if you get relatively more CO2 that greenhouse effect will be stronger -> global warming.
Can't tell if trolling, really stupid or just ignorant.

See Global Warming Hoax dot com!!!! Watch 'The Global Warming Swindle', free on Google video. co2 is a beneficial gas and does not cause global warming.

Gee, long Vid. Didn't actually watch the whole thing. I am an average 35yr old person living in a cold climate and have already figured out Exteriour foam to keep warm in the winter, Shade with Aluminum foil in the summer. But because of BS building permit and code BS I can't do what I know I need to do with the materials I know about that are available at this point in time. So If I can't build to save energy they nobody can. Politics and Greed have fucked everything up. Assholes!
