Wow, I really enjoy your whole attitude towards pipe smoking. I'm 23 years old, and my sister just gave me my first pipe (not entirely sure why but I love it). I'll probably smoke it casually with my bros, but I want to stay healthy like yourself. I'm also willing to give it up at any time in the future if it meant maintaining my health.

@PipeFriendCHS Wow, a carotid duplex for 45 bucks? Was it a full exam.. or screening? Because in NYC, a full bilateral carotid duplex cost in excess of 400 dollars.

This, is due much more to lipids and cholesterol and wrong nutrition, if someone is fat. Smoking comes as a second add-on to the problem since causes some blood elements to "stick" on the arteries. Fortunately you are thin, but do you have high cholesterol?
