Bunjalloo is a good dedicated Web Browser for the NDS.

DSOrganize includes a Web Browser. But it's pretty basic. I use it for Wikipedia.

I've heard if you rename the executable to bootme.nds that that will cause it to bypass Games N' Music's firmware. However, when I attempted this, it did not work.
