omg... I thought I was the only one who decided to record my upstairs neighbor! Then I decided to type in Upstairs Neighbor or something, and there are so many videos. I think .. well, besides inconsiderate neighbors.... BUILDERS are cheaping out on between floor insulation. I thought it was only the city run CHMC housing that built shoddy buildings. Wonder why the noisy ones end up living on top?
