  • So my basketball teammate JOCKLIFEONLINE just told me how he started dunking, he s not even as tall as me but jumps over a foot higher! What he followed the training plan over at 50 inch vertical (dot) com and increased over 15 inches in his vertical leap!

  • JOCKLIFEONLINE I'm 5 7 and I can do fancy windmill dunks. Truthfully, anyone can do it, just workout the right way. I personally recommend the training at |50 inch vertical [dot] com| but any workout could be used if you are sure they work
