So my basketball teammate JOCKLIFEONLINE just told me how he started dunking, he s not even as tall as me but jumps over a foot higher! What he followed the training plan over at 50 inch vertical (dot) com and increased over 15 inches in his vertical leap!

JOCKLIFEONLINE I'm 5 7 and I can do fancy windmill dunks. Truthfully, anyone can do it, just workout the right way. I personally recommend the training at |50 inch vertical [dot] com| but any workout could be used if you are sure they work

This is a classy dude, I remember when he played in Denver the first time years ago he had alot of heart and never complained about losing, im happy he has won several championships. big ups to billups.
