LOL I guess you know what pile of BS I'm referring to then.
I think it actually went down to every 3 days. :)
I need to find a BS-free zone forum!
Great. So one doesn't promote shelf life more than another eh? Good to know.

You mean the one who did the video about some books (without mention they were related to the author) and how great they did on injections ? And has since hidden that one - they did SO much better on homeo - though those of us that remember the original vid get the impression she hadn't lost any weight at all ? THAT one ?

Right up there with having to mix every week - it's BS... I'm in the unique position of having used 1500's - 2000's - 5000's - with bac water & NaCl - on a percentage basis each round nearly identical.
I hit immunity 2 days into a 1500, have used a 5000 40 days after mixing without issue...
In a clinical setting NaCl might be okay - but for multidose - taking into consideration the DIY'ers having less than perfect aseptic technique.. bac water a safer diluent choice.

I'm at R1P2D37 and doing the injections which are so much faster and easier for me. What gets me is these people selling the Homeopathic (fake) hcg drops, and then those using them complaining about how the diet doesn't work like it claims. I wish they'd read on Wikipedia what Homeopathic means.

I'll keep going with the shots.
What do you think about this recent 'debate' re Sodium Chloride being 'better' than Bacteriostaic Water? I have my option. Mixing a new batch tomorrow of Hucog.

From the data I've received the injections a a tad more effective.
Actually - I go straight in - shallow IM, or SIM. Not a fan of the tummy shots, though many prefer them.
I'd stick with the syringes - bam, it's done - and you don't have to bother with the 2nd dose. In general, just depends on convenience vs. needle issues.
Bottom line - even at slightly less effective subL hCG beats the daylights out of the plans you see on TV - whose results *aren't* typical.
Does this diet truely work? How exactly do u get the HcG? I need to loose weight and I've doing meal substitutes and it just feels so depressing cause it goes so slow and I deprive myself of so many things. Does this really work or is this a fad diet?

It truly does. A Yahoo group has a poll question about results - close to 90% of people responding lost a minimum of 10% of their starting weight in just 30 days. (see "The Butcher's Bill" video)
A fad diet that's worked for over 50 years.
Put it this way - 3 pharma cos have "diet drugs" in clinical trials... 56 week trials - and only ONE of them could accomplish the losses in a full year that most people achieve on the protocol in a month, but 40% dropped out prior to completing.
