@luizomf its is useful caz its nt martial arts it more like urabn fighting tech that teaches realtime fighting method .......... if ur in real fight there wont be a refree or a cage or ring

@luizomf the way I see Krav Maga is that it's meant for survival fighting, constantly emphasizing dirty tactics that aren't allowed in competitive fighting. My Krav instructor always told me that the number one rule of Krav Maga is that there are NO rules. I hope this helps answer your question
