One of the most key features in ESF are Power Struggles. Ever since the Alpha days, Power Struggling has always been an important factor in ESF. Over the past couple of years Power Struggling has improved both gameplay (pumping) and graphic wise (beam heads). Today you will see the brand new evolution of Power Struggles. Dalte, the brand new team member who works on the FX has been working on the Power Struggle graphics for the past few weeks. Though this effect is major WIP, we want you guys to have a taste of what we see ingame. Also, ignore the annoying red circles as they'll be gone soon.

@pcnerd111 Well with the finished version of 1.3 so the so called ESF Final.

@SSJMegla you mean with esf 1.3? i use 1.2.3 with ecx rc2 :P

@pcnerd111 Maybe maybe not with the final version. The hacks into the engine were only possible with valves consent. Cnances are youll need to be connected to Valves master server in order not to get an error with the DLL files.
Something about a deal that was amde to hack into the engine enough to allmost rebuild it ^^
But thats just my info. Nothing certain ATM.

You need a legaly bought Half Life 1, a STEAM account and the game.
Though this video is from the version thats currently still in development.
