Steve's such a nice guy. If he gave a damn about money, he and Jobs would've fought like cats a dogs. When they were working at Atari before they founded Apple, Jobs got Woz to do his job (redesign a circuit board) for him by telling Woz he's split the pay 50/50. Woz did such a good job, Jobs was given $5000 for his work. He told Woz the pay was $600, and gave Woz $300. True story, and Woz never knew till much later. Imagine what else Jobs screwed him out of.

I went from the Radio Shack Color Computer in 1980 to a Amiga 1000 in 1987 to a Mac in 1991 to a PC in 1994.

I'll say the Mac is 1000% better than it was, but so is the PC it cost less and is very flexible when it comes to hardware.

so will i buy a Mac never, but then again I'll never buy a Dell. I'll Run the Mac OS on my PC and call it a day if i want a Mac.

@slowuroll2000 By the majority of the computing world! ,he was a great innovator ,He gave us the mouse from xerox and the gui interface that everybody now uses. Respect !.

Ps. I do own new iphone and yes they is a issue with the batter that is currently being corrected, us computer professionals respect what he did and brought to the computing world..

@dbtest117 check your history.xerox lost their lawsuit against crapple.PLUS apple lost their lawsuit against microsoft & sold them $150 million in stock in apple,..apple paid for some of xerox's representations.microsoft didn't have to pay cause their system was different enough & apple by paying rights to xerox can't say they were robbed by microsoft because copyright only applies to orginal expression.

@ivancitohig if you mean lennon & jobs were both jerks who didn't support their first child and were basically mean people, ok...but lennon and mcartney were a team & worked side by side a lot.to compare mccartney to woz is just absurd.jobs was the leader,and delegated work to everybody but himself. the beatles had no leader until brian epstein & when he died none of the beatles knew how to run the band and they broke up.epstein dying broke up the beatles not yoko.&paul had better solo career.
