I've been a big fan of John Mayer's music over the past 6 years and finally i've had the chance to record a cover. Perfectly Lonely wasn't my first choice, but seeing as it's from his latest album, it's lyrics are very bold and present a true statement to a part of my life, but this feeling of being Perfectly Lonely only lasted as long as the song.
Drum wise the beat is pretty straight forward, but no-one can beat it down like Steve Jordan or JJ Johnson soo yeah it was hard. Still... I had great fun playing this track even though it was getting late in the day and i'd been playing drums for about 4 hours by then.

Dude I can honestly say these drums fit absolutely perfect with the feel of the song. I like your drums even better than Steve Smith's drumming on this song. lol. Nothing unnecessary, sporadic, or flashy. I love it.
