  • anyone know who's singing lead on this? i can't distinguish any of the men's voices on this album (or on 'concept' for that matter).

  • @Brassneck77 Foster is on lead.

  • Heyroz. Croon3. Guess what? The girl that dumped me in 84, I ran into her the other day. Guess what? she's about 200lbs at 5'3 and I'm 6ft.205lbs. of muscle with 5% bodyfat. You know she tried to holla. The nerve of her still trying to win. I told her I'm single to rub it in even more. She gave me her number[well, I heard numbers but you know I didn't remember them]. You were right on time with my song. Re-venge, fell the re-venge baby. Yeah!!!!!

    Thanks again

    Croon3.

  • LOL Are you serious? OMG revenge at it's best! LOL your right about the perfect timing ;)

  • GEFFEN Records REALLY dropped the ball with this project and OTHER Black artist back in the day, they had NO CLUE what to do with black music over there in the 80's, I saw MANY projects fall by the way side including Ray Parker Jr's and others....they didn't get it right with black music until 90's hip hop came along when they signed THE ROOTS !!! IMHO....

  • This is HOT!!

  • This song should have been a hit!!!

  • The Comments on here are terrific and on point! Despite the Great Music that came from our favorite artists and other black R&B artists, it was clear to me even then that there was stagnation and and uncertainty within the music industry..As if the record companies didn't know what to do with our music. I figured they would get it together, but I guess not. I admit that there is still good black music today, you just have to search for it. Commercial radio is dead! Thank God for the Internet!

  • @croon3 ....Your post cracked me up!!!!! And yes....living well is truly the best revenge!

  • Wow Unsung interview was EXPLOSIVE, I never knew what Olympia was going through. I had no clue Ricky & Foster were in prison for parole violations. I am glad they're getting it together. But I must say they sound good still. Angie was always my favorite. I didn't expect so much weight gain tho LOL, but I was glad to see them, and they all looked good. I must say I had the whole Leon situation mixed up, the group actually voted him out and got screwed in the end over a record contract SMDH

  • This was released in '85 I thought! They it on the radio in San Francisco, CA I was glad to hear them again. They were sounding like Dynasty LOL it was so confusing, then enter Shalimar LOL! They never would show the video's back then. I believe Leon was spear heading everything. Then rap was on the scene LOL...go figure

  • gotta love this..no one can deny that 80s sound.

  • It is sad Geffen dropped the ball on this song and album. I loved that song and the long version. It continues to be one of my faves.
