It is sad that we gave Iraq over a year notice that we were going to attack. What ever happened to the "element of surprise?" Could that be why we found no weapons of mass destruction? If there were no WMDs, then why didn't Sadaam let the UN inspectors do their job? Remember Hans Blix?
I wander if the attack on Pearl Harbor would have been a success if Japan gave us a year notice?
