Think about it....of all the planets and many of them uninhabited....Thes aliens can get their resources on plenty of other planets. Furthermore if the're so dependant on such resources...I highly doubt that their technology is that much advanced...as they probably use a relatively limited form of space travel .

The question is - whether new non-fuel tech. will be employed, and whether there are forms of it that can be widely distributed, OR are UFO-craft limited - as they may be on the barran worlds you speak of, to only a few, so that others will be disposed of whether painlessly and unconsciously or not? Do the blocking Militaries of resource destruction, and the self-chosen elites need to be removed before higher harmony of vast numbers can be obtained?
