Republicans Just Say "No" to Progress: Senator Schumer points out that Republicans are obstructing the work of the Senate because they have no agenda for the American people in a speech on the Senate floor on 4/15/08.,
Republican obstructionism?? LOL!!!! you guys have full control of the House and Senate for the last two years of bush, fucking dumbasses. And to this day you still complain!!! YOU DONT EVEN NEED OUR VOTES
Your comment can tie into republicans like what this guy is talking about. Ya know, its a shame that they didnt put anything for men and women unemployed already in the 1.whatever trillion dollars. but instead of doing nothing but saying no, the Republicans could have done more to work with the Dems to add that in or something. but yeah, I hope you'll do good and find a job soon. take care
I want to say that the bailout money has no direct provisions for the taxpayers who are unemployed. the money that went to the banks does not translate to lower rate for me, unless i file foreclosure, is the gobernment going to ease the credit regulations? the bail out is going to large corporations hoping that theyu dont layoff more people, how about the likes of me, with 23 years of experience i am unemployed. no jobs and the 405 a week hardly lets me manage.
