This machine is a piece of crap from china, a mess to clean and breaks down in 91 days, that is why they have a 90 day warranty. They don't answer their 800 phone, never return your mails and when you get someone its from a Bangladesh phone service rep. You send your defective product from them and never see it again

I have one and it works great but I do agree, it's a pain in the ass to clean.
