@jaylu0717 for me...once I started actually drinking them every morning, i started feeling better. that is the motivation. because, other than that, the green in the morning is not appealing. It takes time to eat for nutrition and well being, instead of pleasure. although, i do not think that eating for pleasure, as long as it is balanced, is wrong. good luck

I want SO much to like green juices and I'm having a really hard time with them. I can do smoothies (with banana and other fruit and spinach), but the green juice is difficult to get down, especially in the morning, when my taste buds are "fresh," if that makes sense. I hope that someday I can enjoy them and call them "delicious." Even the foam on top makes me cringe. :(

@TheRawalicious -thank you. I just got some good ideas off your juice maids site too. I always wonder about the combinations if I'm doing it right. There really doesn't seem to be a right or wrong about it though. just trying to figure out what combination of greens tastes best together. thanks for your help!! :)

are there any certain 'rules' in cleansing to follow with juice cleansing... like should there only be a few ingredients in the juice, or does the amount of different greens and other ingredients matter? just wondering. hope to be trying this out sometime soon. thanks..

@JoJoB4553 It really depends on what your juicing. With greens I'll do a wide variety of them and will feel fine. With vegetables and fruit juices as a general rule the simpler the better.
