Hey Jude
- Music by Lennon / McCartney , 1968.Best sound quality at 720p.
The arrangement for organ was written by the Fantastic Jazz Organist Harry Stoneham, U.K.
I played this song live on my Hammond Elegante. The sound was recorded with seperate micros (Sennheiser MD 441), not with the camara (Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ7). The rhythm-sequenz I made with a style of my Keyboard Korg Pa 800. For the synchronisation of video, organplaying and rhythm-sequenz I used Logic Studio Pro.
The song „Hey Jude" was sung or played by „The Beatles", Harry Stoneham, Klaus Wunderlich, Wilson Pickett, David Garrett, Elvis Presley, Shirley Bassey, Ella Fitzgerald and many others.

    Thank you Tobi, William.

  • Great!! This takes me back. I have that Reader's Digest records collection of Pop Organ greats, and Harry Stoneham is all over the place on it. I'm a huge fan of poppy reworkings of classic Beatles and Rolling Stones songs! Where did the drums come from?

    Hi,

I wrote it in the info of this recording.Best wishes, William.

  • @MusicBlinded51 Great song and video quality. Thank you for sharing. I only request that you add a colorful annotation somewhere on the video that says, "change this video to 720p and hear the difference in quality." or something like that. I know your message says to do so, but it would still help. Thank you so much for sharing. I just feel great listening to this song :D

  • Nice version of Hey Jude, superb!

  • @MusicBlinded51 you're welcome William :) keep making great music so the younger generation knows what real music sounds like...can't take anymore of that robotic voice sound effects they are using that they think are original. I was watching this old movie from the 1940's that was set in the 1920's and it showed the invention of that same technique homemade and I was like, really?! That technique is almost 100 years old and these pop stars today think they are trendy? Give me the classics.

  • SUPER Sehr schonnnnnnnnnnn

  • @steverabb

    Best wishes, William.
