  • thats not a warmp-up. my max on becnh is 255 but guess what i start at when i warm up? 95lbs. the purpose of a warmup is to get the blood flowing, not to do 4-5 reps of heavy weight.

    this set was followed by 3x3x200... so to me its a warmup :-) of course there were other warm ups before... starting with 20kg... you do it your way... for 255.... and I do it my way.... for ...more :-)

  • @haggrid111 oh okay, wel first of all. how much weight is on the bar? are those 45s or just really big 25s??

  • @prankcallingisfun : Thats 180kg, so 45lbs-plates... routine is 2x4x20kg,2x4x60kg, 2x4x100kg, 2x4x140kg, 2x4x180kg, then working sets like 3x3x210 or sth the like

  • @xDisastermasterx ganz einfach man sollte eigentlich es auch bei niedrigen machen aber bei hohen machen es die meisten weil die brust das gewicht leicht abfedert und es so leichter wird wieder nach oben zu kommen ^^ probier es mal aus ^^
