It is great that when I needed directions on how to replace my cracked LCD screen on my XV6800 the best tutorial I found was created by a girl who wanted to change the color of the phone casing.

Nice hands, beautiful voice... oh! and a great tutorial to boot! I want to replay the part where she talks about replacing the part "all snuggly."

u talk about u dont know about electronics but u sure know what you doing... i wish i could do that myself but dont want to fuck up my phone.

Thanks! With mine being 1.5 months old, a good smack finally busted one of the springs. Was scraping on the screen's ribbon cable, and I didn't things to get worse.

Was great seeing someone else dissect it first just to be sure, before ripping mine apart to pull out the spring. Nice work!

This was a great guide. I worked up the courage. I was able to change the display also... follow instructions shown. When get down the the last part, there will be a flex cable connection plugging into a connector on the T shaped flex cable. Flip the black
latch piece out of place and work the cable out by pressing on the dark red plastic piece that is by the cable socket. BH
