This is the Halloween Hayride that takes place at Fort Wilderness, the campground of Walt Disney World. This was filmed on October 25, 2006. The setting was, obviously, very dark, so some portions are very dark. Most was filmed using nightvision and, as such, you might see a few focus issues, but you can, at least, get a good idea of what this mysterious event is all about. Lots of fun and a completely different atmosphere from most of the parks.

  • This was a great pay event but the past year of 07 they switched it to another story. The story did not compare to the headless horseman. Hope Disney got alot of complaints and bring the headless horseman back. Thanks for the Video

  • They actually were gonna have a Sleepy Hollow ride at WDW back when it was first being built, but they scrapped it...

  • the storyteller dude is halarious in the 7:39 when he yells well I dont know what he say but he jumped everyone including the camera man that filmed this film.

  • I was in Fort Wilderness just last night, and I saw the Headless Horseman chase a carriage out of the wood behind the gift shop. :)

  • im doing the haunted carriage ride this year.. yes... its not a hayride.. its $60 a carriage now.. and you can do 2 adults and 3 kids.. or 4 adults.. me and the hubby are doing it.. we did it in 07 too.. but it wasnt the horseman story it was a different one.
