I am not buying this game: Carnival Games DS

I've been digging around all morning for the best games on the DS that have balloons in them at all because I'm seriously considering getting a new DS soon.
And this is easily the worst balloon-related minigame-in-a-game I've come across so far.
The video quality is also horrendous, but it's not a loss since the gameplay was just as bad.
I do give it credit for not going the OMG YOUR POINTER IS A SHARP OBJECT route and instead actually having something else. But I still don't care for this sort of interaction in particular.

In other words, this video is garbage. Spend your time watching something more fun.

@prittyandpink96 I never claimed that the stuttering was an issue of the game itself. That's due to "Poor runtime settings when trying to play the game. Even if it were running faster, it wouldn't be much more entertaining."

That second bit is referring to the game itself being unfulfilling, unrealistic, and dull. I can't say the game design is worthwhile as it's more of an interpretation of the same ruleset as the actually balloon/darts game in real life, but with no physical reward.
