Thanks so much for making this. Lost a lot of loved ones in the early days and forget sometimes the struggle continues all over the world and in my own backyard of NYC. Information = Informed Decisions.

I've watched this video several times and I am moved each time. Everyone hears about Magic Johnson but not about the war that is happening all over the world. HIV is not just a "gay" situation but a global situation. Thank you for telling the truth about HIV/AIDS through this eye-opening documentary!
Loved that young poet Wynter!

This documentary is a positive contribution toward stopping the whirling wind of the silent genocide. It is incredibly done! Passion and courage are visible. You got the right people, which I think, gave the entire documentary much power, a wider audience with strong message to send out. You made it real with real people, real story in a real world. Honest voice of courageous souls! Great contribution to our humanity, thanks Zawadi.

the hiv test is cross-reactive with flu shots and drug use. just 2, 3 or 4 proteins for a positive result depending on the country one is testing in. please pray for all those who have been misdiagnosed with hiv and AIDS.

I thank you all for taking the time to comment on the film. It is important that we maintain an open line of communication that transcends our religious, cultural or political beliefs. As we can clearly see, HIV/AIDS impacts and affects us all as "human" beings. I believe that art provides opportunities for us to grow and dialogue towards a more loving vision and I pray that many are healed by what the participants of "A Silent Genocide" have to offer.

Wow! I was riveted from the start. "A Silent Genocide.." is a documentary that's so needed to wake up the masses to the reality of HIV/AIDS in a world where people find a false sense of solace by living in denial. -Bruce George, Co-Founder of Def Poetry Jam
