what a bunch of actors. since when shaolin practitioner MUST shave their head snd put on a robe to look like shaolin. none of them are real monks

@shlsyk Albeit these people are real monks, but the problem is that the real Shaolin kung fu training has died in China (mainly because of governmental foolish restrictions). We fortunately see a gradual rebirth of traditional training methods in recent years.

If you train Wushu in Dengfeng, you have to wear traditional training robes, same at Wudang Shan. You don't become a real monk then, it's about making all students look equal, so no one feels higher ranked than the others. In good traditional schools in western countries it's all the same...
