omfg what a heck was at 0:20 ass shakers?\

A box of wood and a set of plans $165.00 .. Leaving a step out of the building process and seeing the pilots face after the crash, priceless.

Flying a tail heavy model is pilot error.
Not checking the C of G is pilot error.
-
I agree, very tail heavy. A nose heavy plane will fly, a tail heavy plane will fly once.
-
Yeah I gotta sat that was really tail heave any he had no control. Even the best would crash there.
-
That was not pilot error, that looked quite tail heavy

Has anybody noticed they always turn off the camera the second the plane hits the ground

Upon leaving the ground the plane immediately torque rolled left. Cars and people were to the left so I pulled up to get away from them. That worked but the torque of the oversized engine overpowered the ailerons and I had no right roll, only left. Realizing that I couldn't turn right and the plane was at least going back over the field, I killed the throttle. Let it crash away from people. Only then did I realize that it was torque rolling, too late. Smash!! Like I said, pilot error.

While I agree that pilot error was the problem it was neither leaving a step out of the process or incorrect CG. What it was is using an engine that was way to large for the aircraft and too large a prop on top of that. This plane, built to scale, has very small extended ailerons. Most modelers when building these increase the size to give better control. I chose to build to scale, use too large an engine, then crank the throttle to full bore on take off. Watch it again, you'll hear it.
