Mr. Crooked Spine (hand-drawn animation)

An animation using my pencil drawings. I used tracing paper and scanned in the drawings, then used Photoshop and After Effects to composite and animate each shot. Editing was in Final Cut Pro.
I spent over 200 hours on this project. I hope you enjoy something about it.

I'll comment again cuz that's just how awesome this video is. AMAZING!!! i love this. This is probably my favorite animation i've seen this year... and last year... and the year before.... =) lol. especially love the ending. Mr Crooked Spine's voice is a perfect match for the character, and i think the music adds a lot! Way to go. =)
