  • Wow running 30 mins is awesome and 6.0 is super speedy fast! Lol for me it is anyways!! Be proud of your accomplishments so far, and as far as breaking bad eating habits, take it one step at a time! Just focus on one bad habit and work on changing that and once you've concurred one bad habit move to the next one.. It's a lot less overwhelming that way!! Have a great weekend!!!

  • So, I have the healthy eating thing down, and you have the healthy exercise thing down...if we could combine our best weight loss strengths we would be one hot mama! Try to remember all you HAVE accomplished when feeling sad, it helps me. Have a great weekend fitness queen!!

  • The fact that you are reporting is winning half the battle. You are in this!! And I totally know what you mean - everything is NOT resolved once you get to goal. When I first got to goal - I totally did not figure out all of the issues I had with food. I'm finally getting the hold of it
