I love Lea as well...grew up worshipping her and this musical.
Shawna...your voice is beautiful. No critique on vocal ability....stunning. The critique that I do have is emotion/acting. She is saying goodbye to her son FOREVER. She is going to kill herself so that her son might have a better life. She is making the ultimate sacrifice.
I need to feel desperation, absolute love, and finally a calm resolution and commitment to her plan.

Shawna, you have an exquisite voice. For me, it would take an awful lot to ever convince me that this role can be played by anyone other than Lea Salonga, and yet you do it so beautifully. I wish I could have seen the full show. I hope this springboards you on to future success. A very well-deserved 'well done'!!
