This dog is aggressive to most unfamiliar people. The owner's homework is to train her to focus on him using rewards, even around people she wants to attack. She's much better on the next visit. She no longer needs a muzzle around me. Now the owner must do this consistently around all new people.

Now if with your technique the dog is not focused on you and is just acting more nervous and trying to growl, lunge at people then you could be making him worse. Thats not the food beign the issue, that would be your timing, reinforcement rate, how you move.

he said having a pup like mine (3months old) when the pup wasnt social anything before, he would put him on the bench or the desk in the park which making him fear and calm, letting the people to touch him, and let the puppy knows people is nice to him anyway. later on , he will get on well with ppl. now my pup is 5 months old, i should use 1.5meter high desk to let him calm, he said.

If he's really fearful that can make him worse. e.g. if you were fearful of spiders you may not feel safe being on a table with spiders walking up to pet you. Even if they were nice spiders that might not make you feel better.

I have chapter on How to Behave so your dog behaves (chapter 3) and in Low stress handling, restraint and beh mod (chapter 2 includes video) that goes over this as well as chapters that explain what options you have and why some can make the animal worse.

i used the method learing from you "dog aggression to people" last night during the walk, (and other methods which are not forcing or punishing my dog too much before i found your videos).. haha, it worked!!! but later on, he just not showing interested on me, felt quite nervous and barking when people passing by again,(well, its better, just occasionally).... what if i dont have the treat , how to improve his behavior to social people?

Watch the video on Podees aggression. Really if does are super easy you can just do what you think you saw on the video and the dog does well. But if the dog's a little bit harder or much harder you actually need to know some of the steps that went on. e.g. for challenging dogs, they need to go through the learn to earn program first which I have on the articles page of my web site under "perfect puppy in 7 days." I'll have more detailed info on my Online Animal Behavior Courses site eventually.

BTW, a dog trainer diagnose my methods were training my pup to become a aggressive dog to people. I were using the method which i mentioned on the previous comment.. mostly i used the positive one, like position reinforcement, counter conditioning.. (tho im not sure using the method correctly or not, we dont have dog behavior specilaist or dog trainer here).....

Yip! here is my previos comment:

my dog is 4 months miniature schnauzer, i got him when he was 3months old, he didnt have a good socialization when he was in the kennel, didnt meet enough people, didnt go outside and didnt see any other dogs besides his mother and siblings. he barking so hard and intimidating to bite the people which he is not famililar with.( i thk he is kind of fear aggressive, or is he a donimance aggressive dog?)
