NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. "Dream Theater Video Contest" ("Contest") and these official rules are governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the United States. Valid on a world-wide basis who are eighteen (18) years of age and older. Employees and their immediate families of Roadrunner Records, Inc., The All Blacks U.S.A., Inc. and any of their affiliated companies (collectively and individually referred to herein as "Roadrunner") or their respective Internet, product and service providers, trustees, subsidiaries, franchisees, licensees, directors, officers, employees, agents, independent contractors and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively and individually, the "Contest Entities") are not eligible to enter.
All federal, state, local laws and regulations apply. Void outside of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, and where prohibited, taxed, licensed or restricted by law.
PROMOTION PERIOD. This Contest begins at 12:00 AM EASTERN STANDARD TIME (EST) on May 11, 2012 and ends at 11:59 PM (EST) on May 31, 2012 ("Contest Period"). This Contest is sponsored and administered by Dream Theater ("Artist"). Participants agree to be bound by these official rules and the final decision of the band members of Artist.
TO ENTER. Participants will produce a video clip for the Dream Theater song "Lost Not Forgotten" using a recording of the song which participants will provide. The video clip will be sent to Artist as a video response to the video posted by Artist on its youtube channel regarding the contest.
Only one (1) entry per person. By entering, Participants acknowledge compliance with these official rules including all eligibility requirements.
CONTEST SPONSOR. The Contest sponsor is: Dream Theater c/o Rob Shore and Associates, 232 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10016.

You know what they should have done is, during the DT drummer auditions, they should have hired Mike Portnoy to like come back during the auditions and stumble into the studio all drunk and falling over drum kits and shit, crying, "please take me back." I think that would have made for more interesting watching.
