I find it hard to believe that people complained that SEGA didn't create a completely different gameplay method for one game when they made a mascot kart racer.

HEY! Why are you complaining that sonic is in a car? Have you saw Super Sonic in this game? Super Sonic´s speed isn`t that much difference than Sonic`s car. and its only a game and Sega can make Sonic´s car faster than Sonic on foot. What im trying to say that STOP COMPLAINING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! p.s Good trailer
