@xxGingerminger Simultaneously, no, but if you leave the green triangles there after taking out a blue one, another one will eventually appear if you take too long.

@MrLinkyXD Late, but idc. On the Wii you don't need to use the scalpel. But you can use the Healing Touch.

My trick is to use healing touch and take out all the needles, cut it up, and then extract...but idk if that would work on the Wii or not :P
