  • Jenny McCarthy is perhaps the last person who should speak for the autistic community. The GFCF diet's effects in autistic individuals has been recorded prior to her media tours. She thinks that she speaks for every parent of autistic children when in reality, a lot of parents of autistic children cannot stand her. If she wants to be taken seriously, she needs to drop her childish character and learn her facts before she speaks.

  • Congratulations! Doesn't it feel so good? I remember how my son had no eye contact whats so ever and eye contact was one of the first things to emerge in our journey.

  • I am trying the biomedical treatment on my 3 year old son, and we are very happy to report it`s working. He didn`t have any eye contact and NOW he always wants to look at us.

Thank you Jenny McCarthy, your 1st book got me started

    Please keep the good fight

    From Toronto Ontario.

  • And also Dr. Kartzinel :)

  • Great work Jenny.

  • Autism is a life-long disorder. As such, no one can simply get off of it. However, people do improve in their affected skills. Parents are not ignored, they simply have to better at debating. That means that they need more research in their arguments less emotion, and less conspiracy theories.

  • Improve is probably the best word to use as recovery is synonomous with the word cure. Autistic children do not feel uncomfortable in their skin. However they do need improvement in social and communication skills.

  • For 17 years parents have been screaming for recognition that these children can feel better and in some cases get off the autistic spectrum to at least aspie level of not completely off it. Parents are ignored for the sake of money.

  • I do not use the word "cure" . Recovery is more appropriate. each child is impacted at different levels. Using diet helps heal and lower the negative symptoms so the child can be comfortable in their skin and live a happy life and be independent one day.

  • your still being sarcastic. I don't have mass amounts of money. I used diet along with thousands of other parents. Our burden and time we put into our children is extremely exhausting. We don't have time to go after medical communities that ignore us. Jenny does.
