I have a similar product by them (p series) and I believe the "or higher Linux" on the supported operating systems refers to the Mac OS, there should be a comma or and after "higher".

In my experience (with two separate enclosures, drives cannot properly align and seat into the connector inside the enclosure. The controller does work correctly though.
