@AssholePatrol dude i smoke weed erryday all day. i know exactly the group your refering to. they get high with me and give me reasons why its good for you and its a total waste of my high. the only negative effect is a slight thickening in cell walls in your brain and a slight film of resin forming on your lungs. Alcohol really is much worse and more dangerous and i say that not because i dont drink (i do) but because legitimate research proves it. But ya Elitist stoners blow my high regularly.

@spicyMcHAGGIS9 there are hundreds of strains of tobacco by the way. all with different ratios and levels of alkaloids effecting potency. the taste differences are due to different terpenoids many of which, such as the cembranoids, are medically applicable as well, although probably not very psychoactive. some types of tobacco are even hallucinogenic.

The gouvernment has a pill on the market called marinol. This is syntetic THC! It's given to people with cancer, aids, severe vommiting, anorexia, astma, ... . This prooves that the government agrees that their is a benificial medical effect from cannabis, but by making it syntetic it misses all it's natural benifits. @AssholePatrol And I am not from California, but I know the laws aren"t very well discriped there. Cannabis should be treated like any other drug, it should be tested propperly. I have read about 35 books and seen over 20 documentaries about the effects of cannabis + I know people who have been smoking it daily for more then 30 years, and those people are still very succesfull at what they do. And I just heard you say there is no benefit to something being natural!!!

I will not discuss your lifestyle, and I think everyone should live theirs like they want it to be, as long as what they do doesn"t hurt anyone but themselfs. It's a free world. And I wont argue about the fact thats it's a drug, wich it is, but it truely does have so many medicinal uses. It can cure cancer and it does not kill your braincells.
