Gilgamesh - How it's Done Part 2

Stupid youtube, I don't feel like typing that entire description again so I 'll give you the short version

This is against Vaan who, many people agree, is one of the better newcomers. He can be an absolute pain to fight unless you know the properties of his moves, many of them can guard break you and his projectile attacks are very good.

This video stresses the fighting style I showed in the previous video of using the speed of your attacks to punish and harass the enemy, this works even better in PvP.

This also stresses that Kuja is a GREAT assist, one of the best for Gilgamesh because most of Gilgamesh's attacks cause wall rush guaranteeing Kuja to hit. And Kuja's brave assists ALWAYS initiate the chase allowing for easy HP damage off of ANY wall rush

uumm I dont know much about gilgy is duodecim.. but i hear that his random weapon has different effects.. what effects do the each weapon have and when do they take effect?

@DuskCrunch180 Excalibur - Double Damage, Excalipur - only 1 damage, Naginata - Double range on all attacks, Genji Katana - Depletes opponents Ex gauge, Battle Axe - deals random damage, Chicken Knife - deals damage based on HP remaining, Zantetsuken - around a 5% chance for instant break, Masamune - creates double the Ex force

Essentially, every weapon has a 1/8 chance to come out whenever you attack and when you enter EX mode you get a random assortment of weapons. Its actually quite good

exdeath and gabranth are also really good assists for gilgamesh. exdeath is really good in the air after a wall rush because he's really difficult to avoid and gabranth is good after knocking them down because he has a really long combo

@PrismRed Those effects are fucking incredible. Having Excalipur is totally worth getting those other 7 weapons. Especially chicken blade. I love me some chicken blade :D
