Taiwanese Buddhist Jukebox with 12 Songs & Chants/Prayers: This version contains twelve (12) loops including "the standard Taiwan tone" made for
creating sound environments and ambient music for meditating for Buddhism (Wikipedia), which "refers collectively to the various schools of Buddhism
that have flourished in Taiwan, China and other Asian countries since ancient times. These schools integrated the ideas of Confucianism, Taoism and other
indigenous philosophical systems so that what was initially a foreign religion (the buddhadharma) came to be a natural part of Asian civilization albeit with its own unique character. Buddhism has played an enormous role in shaping the mindset of Asian people affecting as it has aesthetics, politics, literature, philosophy and medicine."

This new, sealed soundbox is made in China and comes with an integrated speaker with a picture of The Taiwanese Buddha Figure, a volume control, mini-jack plug out, a plug for a 500mA 4.5V positive tip power supply (or you can use 3x AAA batteries), and a switch to choose between the twelve different loops which are stored on a small chip. The Taiwanese Buddha Machine / Jukebox is a hardware loop player, built kind of like a little AM radio.
