@ghahandi I do agree with a lot of what you say oddly enough:-) I guess there are the complacent and the proactive on all fronts. My parents are registered Democrats but in full disagreement with the current direction and process. I dont believe in bailing out large fat cat companies. Nothing has been redistributed, the banks own hard working peoples homes again and once again will make out like they always do. There's always choices

@guitarplayer4real One more point on Obama's giveaway. He took the reins while our country was going over precipice. Now, Please tell me his options? Let the big banks go bust? (Why not?) But the consequences? Ask Herbert Hoover. (or read his legacy) Our economy was "musical chairs". We, the people got stuck without a chair.

@guitarplayer4real America isn't "blindsided by Marxism & Socialism". They choose to sleep. We have been a socialist nation (officially) since FDR. Every administration since than has advanced the Marxism/Socialism. It's too late....now all we can do is try to fight the facism.

My business spent the last 10 years in growth with atleast 3 employees full time. I paid an average of $30,000.00 in taxes every year during those years, my employees also paid taxes as the law requires. The last 2 years out of the 10, no employee's or new construction and broke even. Uncle Sam got nothing under Obama while he gave away trillions to banks?! Can someone else try the math here? It is simple math!

@ghahandi So the answer is America gets blindsided by Marxism and Socialism hiding under a Democratic veil? Better study up on the facts and not what your fearless leader is spoon feeding you. The fact is small business built and perpetually supports some 80% of the workload and tax paying in this nation, they are all out of work un der this system and its not coming back.

@Idolcruisefix Glad to hear you making your way without getting abused by the liberals. There are many many good down to earth people around who will continue to work for theirs and will trade for labor like you are doing.. I know of one other caretaker doing exactly the same as you and he may as well be invisible to this crap system. The land owner takes care of him and his wife plus some, good people.

@Idolcruisefix I have a bobcat but may have to get rid of it. I'm seriously doubtful of the economy recovering:-) I do have an excellent return customer base and deal with many rural folks with properties like you speak of. I'm going to bartyr, trade and just put enough thru my business to pay for fuel and insurance plus vendor bills. Liberals get nothing further from me!

@guitarplayer4real old people with 50 acres... it's a gold mine of possibility, for you and them. i bought the seeds from survival seed bank online and it's working out pretty good so far.

@guitarplayer4real if you have a tractor that helps for trade alot. If you don't you can still make deals w/ people who have land. and end up owning portions of their land. that is what i do, i find people with land and help them make heirloom veggies grow, by plowing etc. then i get some seeds or food or right to stay on property... it's pretty awesome. handshakes are not always enough, so get real paperwork for such deals.

@Idolcruisefix I had over 5k in necessary dental work done last year and traded my dentist, who gladly agreed.. over 5 k in landscape construction:-) That said my business is still very slow, I'm at 30% the workload that I had over the last 10 years and no indication that its coming back at all. I do have a little more "creative paperwork" learning to do but am getting it and have an excellent aggressive bookkeeper who is in agreement with folks like us.
