Oh, the Bush administration deamed them unimportant and didn't enforce them. But no your right, I'm only a simple hippie with no logic or common sense I live in a world of dreams. But aren't hippies supposed to be happy go lucky buckers with optimistic dreams?

I am far from it with quite negative ideals, technically I am a tree hugger, but by the way I waste (no differently then you probably) I'm not that either. Anyway who makes the most waste and uses the most resources in the world, I'll give you a hint our initiials are USA and no other nation comes close. Take a look from space at all the pollution, notice how it is very dark over the USA and that discoloration genuinely stops at our borders.
