My cut and paste video effort for the classic tune from the Trouble Over Bridgwater album. Hope you enjoy it. Took f***ing ages.

  • love your vids,( mark e. moon, love that.) You should get a medal or at least a few more ratings!

    Please continue.

  • Thanks. I've tried making a few others recently, but I aborted them early on as they just seemed a bit shite. Not that my other ones have got Anton Corbijn shitting his pants or anything.

  • Heheh, brilliant stuff, cheers for putting this up. Seeing them at the Forum next month, don't think I've been this excited about a gig for many a year.

  • Cool. Make sure you get there early. HMHB seem to have a lot of very tall fans. Last time I went to see then in London I could barely see the stage.

  • I think it's "Marquee Moon", an album from the band "Television" from 70s that is referred to, not Mark E Smith and a moon.

And it's Sly Stone of Sly and the Family Stone not Sylvester Stallone.

  • Yes, I know. I also put a picture of Courtney Love instead of the band Love, a picture of a meatloaf instead of the singer Meatloaf, Ian Rush instead of the Canadian band Rush, Michael Ball the footballer instead of Michael Ball the singer, someone falling over instead of the band The Fall and Mumm-Ra from the Thundercats instead of Sun Ra.

It's what passes for humour with me. :oP

  • Classic.

  • worth the effort

  • Hüsker Dü, Dü, Dü...

  • Well worth your effort; a great song by a very great band.

  • Argh, I feel guilty now- I am 6 ft 2, and I took a friend who is also over 6 ft with me, and we virtually hugged the stage at the forum. Apologies!

The forum concert was banging though, the version of "24 hour garage people" is the most

elaborate I've ever heard Nigel do.. :)

  • AWESOME. Gotta go see them. I love comedic alternative punk.

  • no mate, Kentish Town Forum. Can't Wait!
