I loved the Gel Resolution 2 but felt the GR 3 didn't fit nearly as well. Is the last of Gel Solution similar to the current Resolution?
MrPrytania1 1 week ago
@MrPrytania1,
The Solution isn't similar to any of the Resolution shoes - it is a lightweight speed shoe, whereas all models of the Res' are beefier, more stable etc in comparison. I would suggest checking out the new Res 4s, our testers found differences between them and the previous 3s so maybe they are back closer to the model you liked. They're up on our website so have a look, and the video and review for the new Res 4s will be coming out in the next couple weeks.

thx

@wackysurv
The Solution Speed is a light weight speed shoe. More for the minimalist looking for better movement around the court, whereas the Resolution is a bit beefier, offering a little more stability and better durability.

Hi TW Staff,
I know that there is no Asics Gel Resolution 4 review, but could you mind telling me would the Asics GR 4 suit someone with a low arch?
Or would the insole mold to the arch?
Thank you in regards

@LowSPD
Jason, who has next to no arch, is a big Gel Res fan. Concerning the 4, he said he felt the arch to start with, but it broke in after a couple of wears and now he doesn't notice.
