Josh isn't the greatest vocalist in the world, but goddamn is it refreshing to hear some actually try their ass off to hit a note instead of this auto-tune bullshit that somehow found a way to be popular. One of the reasons I fucking LOVE Queens.
Oh, and Josh is fucking swimming in that lick from 5:14 on for about 20 seconds.

given the over all decline of qualiry in rock music over the last 10 years QOTSA must be looked at as very respectable. It's not like there was a scene such as the 60's where bands like hendrix and the who came up at roughly the same time. What would greats like the stones or bowie have produced in the market of ringtone music mixed with the magnifing glass of constant internet exposure? FAR from the greatest? Completely subjective. Who cares. they're fucking great
